Another service to skip trace them.

If you had to recommend a reasonable skip tracing program for someone as a beginner somewhat ready to tackle on anything, which one would you suggest? 

I then went ahead and built a script and skip traced each potential lead.  

So I get to skip the step of using my own capital or a business credit for this.

I could snipe away at apartment owners one by one looking them up on county tax records, skip tracing them and calling away.

I think I'll skip this one and look for a property that a seller owns outright.

If we are going to an urban locale typically we are out after breakfast, say 8am and typically got back until later in the evening. 

So I want to buy a list or generate a list in the software, and then click what addresses and etc I want to send a letter/post card to- A software that also allows me to do Driving for Dollars and select that property within an app and send a letter if it is not in my database- Skip Tracing- Automation/Scheduling - Contacts cold leads every 60-90 days.I've never used any of the following softwares, and my experience is limited to buying properties off the MLS and rehabbing them.

My guess is that the skip-tracers use that same data base. 

There is a benefit to getting your learning curve up, but ultimately I would skip it otherwise.
