This is a case where you could probably be pretty transparent with the LO who has given up, "hey I want to give it a whack elsewhere, no skin off your back since you've given up anyways... will you shoot me the 3.2 file?"

Just say in an green or inexperienced note buyer might bite on that but anyone who knows anything about notes NEVER would .. they can buy a perfectly performing great first for basically the same return why take the risk letting a owner pull 100% of his or her cash out and HAVE NO skin in the game and leverage to the eye balls this is how people cratered last go around..
