Should I rent to a disabled vet? Group of contractors?

1. Disabled veteran may do side work for income. Obviously, said person may not make rent times three and more.

2. A company has asked for a six month lease for 4-5 of their guys/contractors.

Thoughts on both scenarios?

Both options are a poor choice. Irrelevant that one is disabled vet as he does not meet minimum screening standards.

Contractors will likely destroy the property, 6 months is too short of a rental term to bother with.
