There seems to be a lot of information about what kind of property is better for investing, what methods should be used, what the numbers should be, and the such but I'm having a hard time finding information about what things to look out for when at the property (or looking at pictures on the sites) and what questions should be asked of the agent/owner?

I'd still recommend going to the site 2x per week but the flip is going to need someone there full time ensuring things go right I'm a control freak and very meticulous about my money so I get it.

There is an expression from Abe Lincoln that gets thrown around a lot on this site, it is "If I have 8 hours to cut down a tree, I will spend 6 hours sharpening my axe".

It doesn't have dedicated septic tanks per trailer.

Over time various sites have popped up to promote wholesalers deals, but I don't think any of them really gained any traction.

I assume you are referring to the Delayed Financing Exception from Fannie Mae's site?
