Even here in Omaha, making a healthy six-figure salary, it would take quite a while to save up $100,000 to buy a single family home.

Little about myself - I have two rental properties, both are single family townhouse and have also primary residence which i live with me and my family.

So a single series LLC with two series is less out of the client's pocket than two non-series LLCs. 

Hi Everyone,My wife and I are from NJ, but we are looking to purchase a Single Family or Condo within 30 minutes of Palm Beach or Ft Lauderdale airport.  

We currently own one single family dwelling renting for 1.79% of the purchase price and another that was going to be used as a rental but after digging into some unforeseen repairs, we are looking at flipping and using the money to either purchase a new rental or pay off the first home outright and be free and clear. 

That leaves me with 2 other options... look for a single family unit/condo or wait.

We plan to do this through multi families and single family homes.
