When construction is complete it will be an 18 unit (some rooms with shared bathroom, some full apartments).Instead of dealing with 18 separate tenants, we have decided to rent to one operator - sober home, group home etc. 

Is it feasible to finance both properties simultaneously, or should I wait until next year to sell and purchase my personal home?

After pm forwarded my case (tenant did not pay rent) to collection agency, the judgement claim balance is $7,569.33. The debtor will make $200 monthly payments until paid off.
1/3 of the $200 goes to the agency, and ...
