You can set them up with sensors and some might be good with it but you might want to have you accessing the app.

@Lacey ArringtonYou don’t really need to set up an LLC to invest in rentals.

After the rehab is complete You can get the loan from your lender to purchase the house from them into your name only, long as the house appraises for the loan amount you're all set

I know I need to set up a trust and an LLC as my business shelter, but right now it doesn't make sense to spend that kind of cash before I have actually anything to protect.I'm committed to the long run investing, so I know I will need to do it.
