I believe it's a great model that can work in the real world, but there are lots of moving pieces to be managed and a lot of ways to leak capital while doing it.

Any piece of advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.

I doubt this is a likely scenario but I just want piece of mind knowing theres a solution to this should it ever be a possibility.

I heard a podcast that stated everyone is looking for another piece to their puzzle.

Between the house and the neighbors driveway is a 5.5 foot wide piece of land that was included in our survey but is not on the title.

With the learning I've been doing that was the most important piece for me.
