If you are talking about that due diligence then it would be to inspect the:plumbingelectricalroofHeating/AC/water heaterAppliancesFoundationWhat rent the property can getThe value of the propertyThe school districtThe crime rateIf you are talking about commercial or flipping or something different then there is probably different due diligence.
