Frankly, location, proper setup, great pics and amenities will increase your number of 5 star rentals.

This way we can open it up and are not just looking a photo with tiny numbers.You can click on the pics open in New tab and zoom 👍 

I'm sending a few pics so you can have an idea, but it looks like they let the grass grow into the area around the AC unit.

I'm not sure I'll ever get to 5K, but you've got me thinking I should at least add a profile pic and participate a bit more.

I only do commercial programs, and the cost savings does not pic up until you have 4 or 5.Bundle all your policies together and contact several direct writers similar to your current company. 

Did a quick scan of MLS properties in Clarkville and found most listings above $200K. 

After I saw pics of the upper unit I decided not to view it.
