Inherited tenants means inspection at first, then telling them you will be back to;change filters, paint the bathroom ceiling with a clear moisture barriers (spray can 2 minute job), replace sprayer thingy on the tip of the kitchen faucet, lube door hinges.....get the idea?

You will match up with the right people pretty quick.When I hear newbies at the Salt Lake REIAs or lunch meetings try to find an agent that will "help them find a good deal" I think they are wasting their time.
