But I was wrong---investors (mostly Chinese) accepted lower cap rates or cash on cash return, speculating on appreciation---and the first-time homebuyers just put more down.Maybe now is not the time to try and flip a house right next to the railroad tracks---but I think we still have a few years left of growth before it stabilizes.
