I have done any research on Pendleton yet...

my fave: " dont believe anything you hear and only half of what you see"I believe in any real estate deal you should always have your guard up, ask a ton of questions, go with your gut, do a ton of research (in groups, on deals, dealing with investors ect.)

Also, although I have been doing research for a long time, I'm essentially a newbie.

The time you spend researching now is paying off in knowledge.

You can pay a researcher hourly or pay them a salary.No judge cares what you call something.

Do your research, take your time.

I think once we do a bit more research we will make a decision and keep moving in one direction.

I bought a license and installed it myself on my server and configured it myself as well.That is why it looks as bad as it does.I have done more research and think I might have to go with MovableType as my blog software, not sure yet.Has anybody got contacts to a company or individual that is experienced in Blog software customization etc that I could hire for the re-implementation of the software?

i have purchased two properties at tax sale and here is what i have learned....RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH...every so often you will come by a real gem but ask why this house is going into tax reversion...you will find there is generally a GOOD reason why the owner just stopped paying taxes.

BTW, I do know how to use the search function so I'll try and research before pulling the trigger.
