Questions on Tax sales

I am a newbie, very much interested in REI, I am not into it yet, but I have been reading books and I feel it is time to start. I came across the JohnBecks Tax deed and Tax lien sales advert but Because of my lack of enough fund and experience, I figure it out that I better start REI with tax deliguent properties. But I will have to pay a 1560 or more to join there system, with coaching and stuff.
I agreed to pay and I am supossed to do that tomorrow. I just want to know if anyone you guys invest in tax deliguent properties- liens or deeds and what is your advice to me, I am not sure if I am doing the right thing.
