Can anyone recommend a reliable GC who works in/around the Southern Baltimore metro area (Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arrundel Counties)?

This has obviously not been supported by our experiences.We purchased this property as our first investment property to test whether it really would be possible to build a substantial, reliable income from a portfolio of turnkey investments.

Need a reliable, responsive property manager.

If you're looking to generate reliable passive income, I'd suggest reading up on the turnkey model.

My research and gut feeling are telling me not to get those(not really owning the unit/s, having to ask permission from the co-op board for virtually everything Id like to do to to the unit, not being able to rent the space during the first 2years, and having potential neighbors perform open surgery on my financials doesnt sound fun to me.)

Why pay a "guru" when there's plenty of successful pro's willing to to help you out on here.

Hi,I am looking for a reliable real estate agent for a home we want to put on sale in Buena Park.

The monthly payments on the 401k loan (assuming you're going to be paying it back in 60 months, which obviously you'll need to to avoid a penalty) seem to be $540/mo.

We're in the middle of rehabbing a 22-unit in Indy and I need good, reliable contractors to help get the work done.  

And that's even in my local market where properties can get to to $10M pretty easily.
