For the beginning give enough to cover the initial materials/dumpster and tell contractor you will release more funds after majority of demo is complete.

There were a couple of reports released in the last 10 days and a few markets jump out to me in no particular order: San Antonio, Cincinnati, and Tampa.

@Brent Coombs I second @Anthony Lee, I just release a quote today for 8 units in OH, $300,000 building value $5k deductible for $1,200.  

I appreciate the story of the hunt and the brief "chase" with getting the bank to release their mortgage.If been to Akron (very briefly) one May and thoroughly enjoyed visiting the town and seeing some of the places historically important to me (Mayfair Hotel, etc.). 

I guess the old owner (who has since passed) has to be cleared of Medicaid bills before they can release it.

Is the "re-rent levy" suppose to release the tenant from the contract or do they have to pay the "re-rent levy" in conjunction with the monthly rent still owed under the contract and until either the lease expires, or we re-lease the property?

In my state of PA we register the option and get paid to release our option so that the end buyer can get a clear title. 

I was under the impression that they were struggling and wanting to be released from the lease.
