think bigger. we build a triplex that's very popular in columbus. for house hacking unless you want to live with your tenants or rent bedrooms out push the dwelling units up and run the numbers. as long as you can qualify for it 

It's hard to take in all this information that we don't know, without resetting the mind with what we think we know.

Great job on incorporating search data which I personally think really brings an extra dimensions that investors mostly overlook.

Things going south with GC is more common than  think. 

@Mark Walker I honestly think you would be better off doing 5 individual loans. 

I am not thinking of a bigger game as my only motive for now is to invest a very small amount of bank saving that I have.

Also, always think past this next purchase before making your move.
