Rental insurance - if you require it (highly recommended), Cozy has a relationship with a provider so the tenant can purchase coverage and provide you with proof; 5 Tenants can reach out to you via the platform to communicate repair issuesI also use Buildium for another portfolio (properties I manage for a developer), but it costs (depending on how many units you have), has the same capabilities mentioned above, and is far more robust than Cozy.
