Hey everyone,I’m looking to expand my knowledge into the development side of RE.

Then if we have enough appreciation we would sell it and possibly re-investing in another larger building using a 1031 exchange to defer capital gain taxes.

I purchased it in 2015, we did a bunch of rehab and we think we can pull some money out of it and re-invest into more real estate.

I was planning on attending the meetup that @Jason Van Till was referring to, but unfortunately I wasn't able to re-arrange other family priorities. 

@Ryan Hopkins Why would you want to re-invent the wheel if you don't have to?

He inspected and ended up needing to do about $600 in work to re-vent.

I need help finding umbrella insurance, and I've learned there's no better place to ask my RE questions than on the BP forum!  

Hello allI am  new to BP and RE still going through all fourms and podcast to learn.I am planning to go to county auction for foreclosure homes and see if I get any deals at courthouse, any advice from all pro's is appreciated.ThanksMo
