We've got 7.5 years to take advantage of it....which sounds like a lot of time....but will be here and gone a lot quicker than most of us probably realize.I look forward to hearing more about what the BP community does to take advantage!

I was hoping to hear some different answers that would help me out quicker but it is looking like 3 months and $2000 later is what it is going to take.  

This will be my residence and I think it will really help for a quicker sale down the road if I go ahead and get rid of the popcorn ceilings, it may take some time and a lot of effort but I don't see it hurting the value of the home in any way.

So if you could find a lender that allows refis without having to wait 6 months, you could scale quicker.

so correction/stablization good thing.. big ole fat crash I dont see it. and if prices start to drop investors will stop the loss much quicker than what happened in 08 to 2011 is my thought ???

I decided to just take 90% LTV at 216K rather than the 80% I wanted at 250K to close quicker.

The added bonus is, the quicker you pay down the principal, the quicker you free up those funds to use again and again!

Buy a car outright using a HELOC (5% prime) Dealership will give a great deal if you buy it outright and don’t use their financing and you can use your leverage that way and you can pay it off quicker

If employers maintaintheir payroll, the loans would be forgiven, which would help workers remain employed, as wellas help affected small businesses and our economy snap-back quicker after the crisis.

It doesn’t feel good handing over money to a tenant that stopped paying you, but it sure is a lot quicker than an eviction.
