Just use taxis, Ubers and public transit.

Logic to me says ask for the highest amount possible so that I will at least know what I am able to obtain in lending for this transaction as well as other future deals. 

local boy  grew up in Cupertino went to Palo Alto as they had the best public schools in the state was our primary reason. 

And the general public just pays what they quote. 

To me (and id like to hear others opinions) - the only real benefits to FHA is if you are rebuilding credit or cant obtain that extra 1.5% down (maybe high priced market).

Hello BP members, although I am not new to rental properties, I feel that there is always something new to learn & I feel strongly that this site has some of the best advice & smartest minds when it comes to investment properties.So.... here's my dilemma 2 years ago , my wife and I purchased a short term rental in Maine, beach area, steps away from the beach & the location is very good.We now know how fortunate we are that after jumping over many obstacles to obtain it, there is much value here & will  be a good investment as years pass.

Also, would a wholesaler be required to obtain these from the seller?

Any idea what type of real estate or knowledge you would like to obtain?

It makes more sense to just obtain a larger HELOC to replace the current one.
