Are there any good programs in or near the Cincinnati area?

I am not proficient in using the program.

Contact the local housing authority (who most likely administers the Section 8 program) and ask to speak to the administrator.

I was looking into Business Management programs, but any suggestions on courses that would benefit me in this journey to become a full time investor would be greatly appreciated.

 Although you cannot obtain a conventional mortgage for a property owned by an LLC, most investors obtain the loans in their personal name, and then transfer title to the property to the LLC.Technically, there is a due on sale clause under the deed of trust that prohibits such a transfer, but as long as the lender is not informed of the transfer, they ordinarily will not call the loan.

Other refi programs may be available, much hinges on the modification that was done too.

I'm looking at Barney Fletcher and they seem to have a nice program.  

I've had a similar problem...only on my laptop not on my work computer, which led me to believe it was an issue with an installed program not BP.

If they have 5k-10k down why not try to qualify for FHA or other federal programs?  

Is it possible to obtain a mortgage that includes funds to renovate a property, other than via the FHA 203k program?
