I have spent a good amount of time with some larger syndicators understanding their capital strategies (no one on BP) and I would say that the thought is that the larger investors will eventually get tapped out on their allocation to you, will get tied up in other investments in a downturn and/or will find other investments at the wrong time for you and thus the mentality is to build that list of repeat business and keep doing deals.

When you are dealing with someone who leaves feces around on the ground, it is someone with mental illness.

Like these others, I have little compassion as you need to pay your own bills, accept responsibility for your own choices, and not have this victim mentality.

Best not to kick a sleeping dog and take your lawyer's advice.Also keep in mind that many states require a landlord to provide a tenant with a statement justifying any expenses that were withheld - so considering you're dealing with somebody that probably has a very much victim mentality, I'd tread pretty lightly.

And it requires even more courage and vision to ACT on that independent thinking.I think what might be more important for us all to understand, is the mentality of successful people in all industries and the mindset needed to map out the vision, weather storms while staying the course until the goal is reached.

Some will only get there when active investing is no longer a physical or mental option.

Some MH buyers have a renters mentality and will just disappear once they get behind in the Chattle/Private Mortgage or if they lose their job.
