No issues, just the floor is pretty cold in winter.

I will be looking to start out with buy and holds pretty soon as long as my parents approve of it.

So if I happened to come across a good deal, I'm pretty much assed out bc I have no major funds as of yet.  

@Chris Jensen  well, I would say it's pretty accurate both for crime as well as schools. 

- conclusion (my opinion only), a pretty generic deal with a young sponsor and middling to less than average financials (fees and waterfall)I think you could find better deals on Crowdstreet or Realcrowd.   

Seems pretty high to me but I don't specialize on rents.

Generally, I take pretty good notes and jot down the important parts I don’t want to forget.Not the case this time.

The people selling the building are friends and (maybe) willing to be pretty flexible as long as they get the money they want.
