Since the lease ends tomorrow, and they've had 90+ days notice of non renewal, can I change the locks tomorrow and have their possessions collected and removed by a company, and use their deposit for those costs?

In some other states, you can take possession of the property and have rights but you don't own it until after the redemption period is over or you've gotten the owner to sign off their interests by a quit claim.
