Trustee not taking direction from Beneficiary of an NPN
I am getting a little frustrated when the trustee starts to randomly postpone the sale of properties without my knowledge (me meaning the beneficiary). I'm just going to start being my own trustee and posting and the rest of that garbage, because at least I have full control over the process.
Any ideas on why I shouldn't be my own trustee when foreclosing?
