Hey @Cliff Young, I don't know wholesalers out that way but both cities sound like very stable job and population markets.

The city's job and population growth makes it a great place to invest.

Look into the demographics of the area: small population that has been flat or declining, tax situation on second homes has flooded the market with an oversupply of vacation homes, statewide school tax situation has made it hard to sell houses in these small towns, overpriced for that location, hard to find contractors in that location, etc.

Typically within a week you can trap the entire population.

This is the  perfect market for large multi family most of the population is transient military who prefer to rent as you probably already know.

Though other than that, with the dying population in Japan, I don't really intend on investing here.My first goal is to pay off student debt & prepare for when I return to the States in two to three years.Best regards,Robert

In New Hampshire, you have a good chunk of the population residing in the southeast portion of the state, predominantly between Nashua and Concord. 

Meaning that they don't want to show their faces at any venue populated by persons that shop for mortgages for a living, but they're aaaaallll about being in front of the noobs.
