If it's phrased like this, tenants are usually okay with it - so they don't feel they are personally being inspected.And if you phrase it right with your PM, they shouldn't feel like you're micro-managing.

I posted this as a kind of joke showing how completely unqualified people think they can get away with renting a nice place.

However, the only thing I need to read before I say "no," (or if you were me, expect your money to be completely squandered) is the phrase "so he can get his next draw."
