.- Tracking - Everything is tracked in my CRM and Master Lead List- Answering Calls - Either I answer or my acquisitions manager answers all the calls.Personally, I would NOT outsource Scrubbing your list and Answering Calls unless you have someone that can do it better than you.

That's going to be a deal killer for a lot of folks, so adding a master bath will definitely increase the desirability of the property as well as increase the value.
