Has anyone purchased a property at the Master-in-Equity foreclosure sales in Anderson County, South Carolina? 

Put another 8K into putting a master bath in and about another 15K into finishing the basement.  

Focus on a strategy until you master it then branch out from there.  

I know this is somewhat unique to Hawaii.Basically I am buying a condo with almost 34 years left on the lease, currently there are 2 leases (sandwich and master lease).

Sam,A couple of suggestions:1. submit a claim to the Condo Association's Master policy.  

It has a giant master bedroom and huge master bath-modular's have good floor plans!

I have always had the real estate bug and recently have been learning about the possibility of acquiring an apartment building using a master lease.

Also, Dave is a 1031 master, so if you stick to his guidelines everything will be ok!

.- Tracking - Everything is tracked in my CRM and Master Lead List- Answering Calls - Either I answer or my acquisitions manager answers all the calls.Personally, I would NOT outsource Scrubbing your list and Answering Calls unless you have someone that can do it better than you. 

That's going to be a deal killer for a lot of folks, so adding a master bath will definitely increase the desirability of the property as well as increase the value.
