Just getting started

Hello Everyone, my name is Kade McCammon and I am 21 YO military member from Springfield, OH currently living in Anchorage, AK. However, I will be moving down to Albuquerque, NM early next year. I am also married. My boss introduced me into the bigger pockets podcasts just recently. My overall goal is to reach financial freedom by the time I am 30 through real estate. My time in the military is up in three years and I have decided that it is not the path for me due to my belief that income should be based on performance and many other reasons. I am interested in house hacking for my last three years and learning all about investing in real estate, house flipping, and whole selling as well. I am thinking about getting my real estate license as a fall back for when I get out of the military and use it as a way to get into and learn about the industry. I am interested in any input or recommendations and just ready to soak up info and make connections. Thank you guys.
