Does the owner use property management now or manage themselves? 

but they generally will not project manage a major rehab unless you are signing a contract with them specifically for that, and paying them to do so. 

I currently have  1 Business Bank Account that is for Master LLC and stuck on best way to manage cash flow  and flow of funds between account for all master expenses related to my business setup vs and also expenses/ rent related to the properties to ensure that I keep things clean, simple and easy for reporting, taxes.  

And there was no chance in hell that my investors would not get their money back: I had confidence in my deals and my ability to manage contractors and enough of my own capital as a risk buffer.

Most people do not realize when someone liens a property its just a lien, but to collect on it they must file a lawsuit to collect that money which will cost them 5x more than what its worth. 

I’m all in for sharing insights and learning from other like-minded people.

Then, you need to keep managing your payments to actually have savings to make it worth while.  

My other property is in another state and has a property manager.
