I have used B&E Pest Control for many termite inspections over the years.

Our original two rentals are filed on a schedule E, we are not "real estate professionals" (yet...).It occurs to me that we're paying for our down payment with after-tax money, and then, as the property generates income and we recoup this investment, we're being taxed again on the profit.

@Joseph Hartley if you can't afford full price e and don't mind kindle or audio versions, you can get a lot of book for good prices.

If you want to provide sales comps do it at the appointment or e mail them ahead of time.

One lender said if the rentals were on their own return and not listed on the schedule E of my personal taxes it might be different.

I’m only an E-3 in the Air Force smh .

I also just purchased the book The E Myth, because listening to the BiggerPockets podcast, that book comes up quite a bit from the guests on the podcast.

Think E*Trade or Fidelity with different paperwork.

It may even hold up in court better because it is tied to an e-mail.
