I’m soo stressed. Idk I’ve been running ads to rent a room out. The property is in Tucson in a new subdivision area code 85730. A 3 bed 2.5 bathroom . It’s just me and my boyfriend I have 2 empty rooms that I need to rent out. I’m pretty sure there is no good way this will end . I’m only an E-3 in the Air Force smh . I need advice. I want to be a real estate investor but the future is not looking to bright . I thought getting this new townhouse would be good because it’s brand new with less major maintenance cost . And that I could rent all rooms out when I move eventually.

$700 is too high for that arrangement. Like the previous poster said, you can find whole apartments for less than $600/Mo.
