With that in mind, I've started a "KC Investors Group Chat" of people who meet the following criteria:1) already own at least 1 investment property in the Kansas City area2) have a passion for REI (love talking about it, always looking to improve their RE business, always looking for their next deal)3) no professionals or service providers permitted.

Lets put it this way, I have a 6 figure W2 job, and I have a 5 figure Real estate empire, if I could afford it, I would spend all day doing realestate because that is my passion.
