Without a doubt I am far from any kind of pro in remote investing, I am the guy who goes and gets "boots on", I have to, but I just do not see how a person can safely remote invest for flip on the scale that 100+yr old homes can and will require, how can you remotely know if there is knob & tube wiring, asbestos in the attic, if floors are pitched like a skate park, decaying stacked stone foundation and on and on.
