Wendy said the foreclosure attorney that is handling the file for the bank is in the process of shutting down and that her last update from them (dated Oct. 14) indicated the compliance package would not be sent to a judge for 3-4 more weeks.

Usually you will get a fully executed copy package of all of the closing documents signed by both you and the seller once all documents are executed by all parties and all funds are in the escrow account of the closing company.

He chose the severance package as with his family the alternative would not have worked.I think probably since he is in his mid 40's and making money they opted to eliminate positions  and put a young buck in doing 10 things for a cheap price.

I don't think I want to invest in some of these webnair type programs because if they were really doing as well as they say they are I doubt they would be selling packages for 1 and 2 thousand dollars (but thats just me though) But I have a very indepth ebook as well as having viewed several videos etc.. now they all talk about not putting money down and not risking your own credit but getting a property "under contract".

If more than 2 major banks collapse, the EU would likely step in with some sort of rescue package and infuse new capital to shore up the remaining banks.This still could be the first domino and is worth observing for our own lessons.Thanks for the questions.
