Are you posting organic content or have you tried advertising? 

Overall, it is HANO's job to protect the tenant and their priority is the tenant, and it was this realization that led me to my current poor opinion of the organization. 

We spun up an LLC to purchase properties under and within our operating agreement/business organization documentation we highlight who will own what part of the process. 

@Nicklaus McCain You don’t necessarily have to start with a smaller organization unless you want to.

. - Negative search keywords: With all the craziness going on I created a group around Evictions, but it generated a lot of traffic from tenants that were looking to avoid getting evicted.

However, it gives you so much freedom and organization and if you plan on growing it could be worth the investment. 

I'm not sure Meetup is the best platform to organize it around as that would be open to all including people who are brand new, and it could end up being lopsided on experience which isn't what I'm looking for.  

@David M. he has clearly said he is organized as an LLC taxed as an S Corp, and never said he is organized as an actual S Corp.  

It is not about the location  it is about making sure you hit your traffics pain point!

The stadium was plopped there and it's done virtually nothing for the city of Chester itself, except draw 15k people there a few times a week to create a traffic nightmare.
