Does anyone know how the company operates?

If the title company directly uses my commission to reduce the cash to close.

Affiliations often don't mean much, other than a company or organization paid for their affiliation (there are exceptions of course).

I have been a Project Manager for Construction, Project Management, and Development companies my entire professional career, and this is my first year fully as a developer/investor. 

@Thomas SolorioReach out to a 1031x coordinator or a title & escrow company that offers that service for advice.I'm pretty sure going to your primary home would have unpleasant tax implications.

I have a property under contract in Denver close to the international airport (<10 minute commute) and unfortunately my company is closing down their operations so I can no longer make that my primary residence.

She forwarded both documents to me from both utility companies  (two different companies service the electric and gas) showing the accounts were established and transferred; but the gas company states it was never transferred. 

If you don't receive any good referrals from the responses here, you could also contact your preferred title company in your area and ask for attorney referrals.
