There are so many books discussing general knowledge on commercial leasing but it's somehow limited on actual owners/brokers' experiences with the industry whether it's for retail or office space. 

Cedar Rapids has Rockwell Collins which employs about 9K workers in CR and surrounding areas, they are the second largest private employer in the state behind a grocery store chain Hy-Vee.

@Emily T.The short answer is 10 but you need to work with a loan officer or Broker who knows how to structure your deals correctly from the START.This is key to being able to get this many.  

Oh, you'll have some naive loan officer tell you otherwise, however at the last minute they will require you to "temporarily" deed out and vest as an individual.

I plan to talk to my loan officer tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone on BP has any experience with HomeStyle loans for half-plexes.
