These sellers are going through a divorce and very motivated and want to sell there home as is but they happen to still owe on there home although they are not behind on there monthly Payments.

(As in we'd have to offer half to get any sort of cash flow)Has anyone had any experience talking a seller or his agent down?

Real estate knowledge in General I have Learned that knowledge is power as long as you use it .please feel free to respond below and I am super excited to know anything you guys have to teach me about whole selling in the atlanta area I do have questions so for my first two:1. is it easier to do bandit signs in atlanta and have a 1 800 number to pull in your properties or should another course of action be taken to find properties with motivated sellers?

I still think it's a good idea to offer wi fi as long as I include some sort of clause in the lease stating that my company is not responsible for any criminal activity that is done with it.
