I know in mobile home parks it's typical for the owners to reserve the right to accept or deny any pet with no reasons given. 1. reach the dog owner and have a conversation to see if they can keep the dog inside if the kids are outside2. notify the HOA of an aggressive (if that's the case) animal near kids.3. check height limitations set by the HOA bylaws. 4. contact animal control if all else fails.If the dog has ever bitten someone that will be on record if they reported it.

Looking at Purchasing a Mobile Home Park using master lease with Option to purchase at the end.Currently 9 spots for mobile homes. 2 are owned by the park (1 occupied no rent collected, 1 vacant needs work)6 are tenant owned.

Depends on State, but Foremost is my goto carrier for mobile homes. 

@John Dawson couple of random ideas:1) put the posts in deeper2) install motion-sensing floodlights3) Install VERY loud siren also triggered by motion-sensors.

You could lease the land out to food trucks, mobile homes, RV's.

Looking at an RV/mobile home parks and have a couple questions.
