Bottom line, it takes me 12-15 months to finish a project from point of land acquisition in my area (King County, WA).You should ask around with people who are familiar with the process to see what timelines to expect.

Forgive me if this is a subject hence beat to death but....I would love for assistance with at least a general outline of the wholesaling process to see if it right for me and to get a sense of whether or not the market is overly saturated.Regardless of which replies I get please note I intend to report back to the forum to relate my experiences!

They did not send my paperwork to sign Deed in lieu of, they sold the loan and the new company asked me to sign Deed in lieu of in which i had no problems doing so.Now since BOA started the foreclosure process and it is now on my county website i was told that since it was an FHA loan i had to wait at least 3 to 4 yrs to get a loan.

I did the mgmt, application processing and inspection - - others did the DIY stuff or I  hired professionals when required.I ALWAYS was the point of contact and then delegated if/as needed.
