Doug, thanks for the input.There is one extra step with code violation, and that is you need to look up the address of the owner, because often the violation property is not owner occ.What sort of message would you use on a postcard for this?

You can send a PM to multiple colleagues at once by adding their usernames, separated by a comma, to the to field in a conversation.Everyone will see everyone's responses, though.I wouldn't send a message to a bunch of people who don't know one another, though.

thats the problem from what the sellers broker is saying, he says he got approval from the bank to sell it at the 79,900 now the person he talked to is not there and its mostly an automated system and you leave messages. so who ever is in charge now says 79,900 is not enough. so unless they accept my counter of 90,000 including closing im done.
