I'm just looking for a mentor for commercial real estate investing.

But I have no idea where I can even start to find someone who cares enough to maybe mentor me.

And, you should start looking for investors/mentors in your home town. 

Find someone that is willing to invest in your education and provides the coaching and mentoring we all need when we first start.I passed my exam last week and interviewed about 8 different brokerages.
