Why not just save the $1000 bucks when a renter had renter insurance by removing landlord purchased insurance ?

Dont take this the wrong way but if your questioning if you should spend a few hundred bucks to have this type of access you might want to rethink getting into RE.

They will have way too many outlets on one circuit and often scattered in totally illogical places to someone in a finished house to save a couple bucks on wire and breakers.

There is also a decent used appliance store in Manville, the name eludes me right now......You also have Craigslist which I find to be a great resource for used appliances - I recently came across a like new stainless steel gas stove for 180 bucks..
