Bunk beds are absolutely a draw - and Florida tends to be a family market.

There are companies out there called Off-Site Rental companies that have their own maintenance, housekeeping and can rent and market the unit for you.

It's the only way I really enter the market, but I underwrite for these things financially & time wise.

I track it my self by doing market research.

I purchased them several years prior to Covid at a very low price compared to today's market. 

I don't know what the Texas market is like for flips. 

Posting too soon will just add more days to it being on market and when renovations are finished it won't be the "hot new" listing.
