SF peninsula has a bay around it, views up the hill, etc.) and people don't necessarily prefer one area over the other.3) Businesses are willing to expand outward as well (Galleria, Woodlands, energy corridor, etc.)4) It's very easy to alleviate supply demands and build up.

I doubt they expend a great deal of energy doing that, but there are red flags that would tip them off, like changing the insurance policy to a landlord policy.I would definitely pull out the refinancing paperwork and run this by an attorney to see what options you have.Good luck!

While I understand trying to check as many boxes as possible in advance, I would rather put my energy into how I'm finding deals, how I'm funding deals, who my core-4 is, etc.

I assume HVAC filters are required to be replaced every 2-3 months based on the usage and weather plus it improves its efficiency and reduce energy bill.
