I’m a real estate investor. However, I think it would be wise to get my license. How do I get my real estate license online? I don’t want to attend classes. Also, I live in NH. Thanks!

Hey David, I am not sure it would be best for you to get your real estate license. If you are doing it just to save on your own purchases, it probably wont be worth it. There are a lot of fees that go along with maintaining an active real estate license. Unless you are going to be a real estate agent full time or at least represent others during the purchase of properties, it would be better and more affordable to just find an investor savvy agent to help you find good deals.
