Whomever filled it out will be your first point of contact.Also try leaving a note on the door, someone has to pick up the mail or clean up the front lawn area.But probate will still have to be initiated before you can legally purchase any of the three properties.

Direct Mail - I don't do much DM, just never had very good results on the campaigns sent for the cost, and in my markets everyone is doing DM.

Actually I don't usually have to buy shampoo/conditioner/soap as people leave them behind all the time and they never want me to mail them back to Utah or California so they end up in my bathroom. :) Some nice stuff too!
