Some HML can give weight to your credit, but if you don't have good credit its no use.Some hml might lend to first time flipper but it may be 6 month term.

So the website is basically doing all of the heavy lifting on the performance (which out of the box converting like that w/ no time invested into customizations is solid)... but my guess is the site that you're testing against (which I could be wrong) has more credibility elements built into it.

Hi @Jd Martin,I haven't seen the algorithm, but when I see something that is "updated overnight," I read it in part as  giving weight to "who had a very contributory day." 

I managed to scrounge up enough money and had a mentor to help guide me, so my knowledge/money/support side was firmly weighted towards the last two, and mostly the third since my mentor is awesomely knowledgeable.
